We require:

• Previous experience in Human Resources Management is a welcomed asset,
• University Degree preferably in Human Resources Related - recent graduates are welcomed as well,
• Proficiency in English language (written and spoken) is a requirement and any additional language is a plus,
• Ambitious, Hardworking Individual is also welcomed in our expanding team,
• Self-motivated, Results driven, Organized individual who likes challenges can really thrive in our highly professional and competitive environment,
• Basic administrative skills are a plus but Microsoft Office and other skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, email) are a necessity in this particular opening,

Responsibilities include:

• Recruiting and staffing,
• Employee onboarding development, needs assessment and training,
• Maintaining all employee files, applications and processing all Human Resources related paperwork accurately and timely manner,
• Welcome all call and inquiries that come into HR deparment with a friendly and helpful manner, handling those items and directing staff and/or others to the right personal,
• Be a go to person when employees have questions about such things as benefits, vacation, etc.
• Support HR process in keeping the team happy and motivated.
