About the position

Broker - Industrial and Logistic Space

Candidate Qualifications:

• At least three years previous experience in management involving relation with numerous suppliers and/or vendor and buyers;
• Experience in operation of warehouses and/or logistics centres should be considered an advantage;
• Experience in property letting and agency services should be considered an advantage;

Key Responsibilities:

• Industrial Property Market Placement
• Industrial Property Letting;
• Landlord Representation Services;
• Occupier Representation Services;

Potential Candidate Source:

• Key account managers that had relationship with multiple client/suppliers/vendors;
• People employed as logistics and or warehouse managers;
• Industrial Property Letting Agents;
