Join Nextopex DOOEL, a forward-thinking company in the iGaming industry, known for delivering top-notch technical support and client services. We're expanding our team in Bitola and seeking 6 Risk, Fraud and Payment analysts who are ready to grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Position Summary:
As part of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in troubleshooting, safeguarding, and supporting high-performance online gaming platforms, ensuring smooth and seamless experiences for our clients.

Requirements:

• Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus (PIQ knowledge is advantageous)
• Previous experience working with fraud detection tools would also be considered an asset
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work on-site in Bitola
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Position Duties:

• Processing client withdrawals and refunds
• Safe guarding clients from a risk and fraud perspective
• Transaction monitoring
• Chargeback mitigation and processing
• Actively contribute to improving internal processes and recommending robust system improvements to increase team efficiency
