The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our Email marketing team in Skopje. This is an entry-level position that provides training and a strong foundation in market research, lead generation, and campaign preparation. You will support our Pre-Sales team with accurate, validated, and structured data for outreach campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct company and industry research following established procedures.
• Identify relevant companies and decision-makers for our commercial conference programs.
• Collect, check, and validate contact information from target companies.
• Verify email addresses and maintain accuracy (bounce rate under 3%).
• Keep lead databases organized, accurate, and up to date.
• Deliver campaign-ready lead lists in line with weekly and monthly targets.

Qualifications:

• University graduate.
• Proficient English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and target-driven work.
• Proficient in Excel, Office, LinkedIn, and online research tools.
• Prior lead generation experience is a plus but not required.
