Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Swedish Speaking Assistant to join our team in Skopje on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will:

• Assist Swedish-speaking clients with their inquiries via various communication channels.
• Deliver exceptional customer service promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct follow-up tasks and maintain client records in our database.

Key Qualifications:

• Fluency in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
