We're looking for an experienced ERP professional who understands business processes, enjoys solving complex challenges, and wants to work closely with customers throughout the implementation journey.
Whether your background is Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Infor, IFS, Epicor, Business Central, Navision or another ERP platform, we'd love to hear from you.
You don't need previous Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience. If you have solid ERP implementation experience, we'll support your transition into D365FO through mentoring, training and hands-on project work.
What You'll Do
As a Senior ERP Functional Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping customers improve their business processes through ERP solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading business analysis workshops and gathering functional requirements.
- Understanding business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Translating business needs into functional ERP solutions.
- Working closely with developers throughout implementation.
- Participating in solution design and functional configuration.
- Advising customers on ERP best practices.
- Coordinating implementation activities and tracking project progress.
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Preparing functional documentation, training materials and user guides.
- Supporting go-live activities and post-implementation improvements.
- Contributing to internal process improvements and knowledge sharing.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines strong business understanding with hands-on ERP implementation experience.
You are likely to have:
- 5+ years of experience working with ERP systems.
- Experience participating in or leading ERP implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of one or more functional areas such as:
- Finance & Accounting
- Supply Chain
- Procurement
- Warehouse Management
- Manufacturing
- Sales & Distribution
- Logistics
- Production Planning
- Experience gathering and analysing business requirements.
- Ability to communicate confidently with business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with software development teams.
