IT Generalist (Mid Level)

For the needs of our client, a renowned Austrian company and leader in the telecommunications market, Motivi Employment is seeking an IT Generalist (Mid Level) to join an international Datacenter & Cloud Infrastructure team.

This position is ideal for infrastructure professionals who enjoy working with virtualization, datacenter technologies, and enterprise IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain datacenter infrastructure solutions.
• Configure and operate VMware and Cisco-based environments.
• Participate in infrastructure projects and system implementations.
• Monitor system performance and ensure operational stability.
• Support virtualization and cloud infrastructure services.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience with VMware and Cisco infrastructure technologies.
• Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server environments.
• Understanding of virtualization and network infrastructure.
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, Shell).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good English communication skills.
