Manage and implement AI use cases that enhance business processes through automation, personalisation, and innovation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations, compliance) to identify opportunities where AI can deliver tangible business benefits.

Lead the development and integration of Generative AI (GenAI) tools.

Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications for AI solutions.

Build machine learning models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, including (but not limited to) linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, support vector machines (SVM), naive bayes, k-means clustering, random forests, neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, etc.

Oversee the entire AI/ML Ops lifecycle, from ideation and model development to deployment into production and ongoing monitoring.

Ensure robust testing, version control, and continuous integration of AI models into the production environment.

Implement monitoring and performance tracking systems to ensure AI models deliver consistent results and can be retrained as needed.

Ensure that all AI initiatives comply with the company’s AI governance framework, emphasising security, compliance, and ethical standards.

Monitor AI/ML model usage to prevent bias, discrimination, or unethical outcomes, ensuring AI systems are transparent and fair.

Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure AI tools comply with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act) and industry standards.

Ensure that all AI implementations follow security best practices, particularly when handling sensitive player data.

Collaborate with data security teams to prevent unauthorised access, breaches, and data manipulation in AI processes.

Implement data privacy measures and ensure that AI-driven tools handle personal and behavioural data in a compliant and secure manner.

Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and GenAI technologies to bring innovative solutions to the business.

Work closely with data engineers and tech teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing systems and data platforms.

Collaborate with the product and business teams to align AI solutions with broader strategic goals.

Identify areas for improvement in AI models, tools, and processes to enhance their efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Continuously research emerging AI technologies and techniques, particularly in GenAI, to keep the company ahead of the competition.

Conduct post-deployment evaluations to refine AI solutions and ensure optimal performance over time.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, information systems, data engineering, or a related field.
-
2+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI solutions.
-
Experience with Generative AI tools and techniques (e.g., GPT models, Transformer models) is essential.
-
Experience building and deploying machine learning models into production, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
-
In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms: linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, support vector machines (SVM), naive bayes, k-means clustering, neural networks, and deep learning.

Expertise in designing and deploying agentic AI workflows and integrations via n8n, Make, or similar automation platforms.
-
High proficiency in AI-native development environments such as Claude Code, Cursor, Google Antigravity, etc., accelerating the software development lifecycle.
-
Strong experience in AI/ML Ops, with a proven track record of successfully deploying AI models into production.
-
Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data processing, machine learning, and automation.

Experience with data pipelines, AI tool monitoring, and AI tool/model retraining processes in an AI Ops environment.

Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure AI, Snowflake Cortex AI).

Strong understanding of AI ethics, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR).
-
Experience working with AI governance frameworks, ensuring AI solutions are secure, compliant, and ethically sound.

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with a focus on delivering business value through AI.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across business and technical teams.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering them on time.

Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Strong documentation skills with attention to detail in managing documentation.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Willingness to stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in AI and data management.

Previous experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.
