ESI (Employment Services International) on behalf of our client, a company whose primary operations are providing industrial construction services, is looking for a:

 

ARCHITECT

Job description and requirements:

 

• Experience in Industrial Buildings and renovations
• Filing for building permits/leading the process of filing
• To understand the details to have a non-leaking windows/roof/openings when you build with flashings, how to build a wall in order not to have cold/noise from outside, attention to details, bluestone (how to protect outside doors)
• Has to give professional advice when designing to avoid mistakes/problems in the future after construction is completed - any stages
• Drafting designs (facades, options, fast work in AutoCAD, fast 3d rendering with videos)
• Cost-optimization or Groundworks (Plots with slope, digging required, etc.)
• To be familiar with civil engineering* (if possible)
• Panels (sandwich) - flashings, connections, quality of a panel. Correct installation of a panel/flashings around openings
• Roofing
• Inside works - offices (details) - show a reference or renovation/building (better a few)
• License B or A
• Competitive salary offered if requirements are met
• Knowledge of basic architectural software - advanced level
• 5+ years of experience, please, provide us real references of work (with photos and maybe designs)
• We would also like to test a candidate with some small assignment (for 3-4hrs for example)
