Causal Capital Macedonia is looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven person for our open Lead Generation role to join our team. 

This role requires a positive attitude and adaptability. Teamwork skills will be also considered as an advantage in the selection process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business contacts and identify appropriate buyers within the target account and/or market.
• Data Clipping, Data Cleaning and Data Nurturing in a CRM system 
• Manage data for new and prospective clients 
• Follow through on qualified leads from internal lead generation programs
• Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospective opportunities
• Coordinate all leads, prospects and opportunities campaigns
• Preparation and editing of Marketing material
• Work with sales teams to grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet goals

Lead Generation Activities:

• Execute on Lead Nurturing Strategy
• Bring new and different lead gen ideas on ways to reach our targets

This will be a full-time engagement with a possibility for an employment after successfully completing the 3-month paid internship.
