Due to fast-growth and high talent placement demands, Code Academy & Code Desk are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter.
Job description/ job activities:
- Prospecting, selection, evaluation, head hunting through our database;
- Prospecting and head hunting on Linkedin;
- Developing custom screening processes;
- Screening and interviewing potential candidates;
- Frequent in person or via zoom clients meetings.
Requirements:
- Psychology college required;
- HR certification or private HR Academy is a plus;
- minimum 3 years of work experience in IT recruitment, staffing. head hunting and screening.
- IT industry knowledge. Big plus is if the candidate has experience in software developement and/or product/ project management.
- Highly proficient English and Macedonian (written and verbal).
