What We Look For
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Adviser to join our Executive Education team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a commercial mindset, capable of promoting a diverse portfolio of executive programs while delivering tailored learning solutions and exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify new prospective clients and organizations.
- Build, maintain, and continuously expand a strong prospects and clients database.
- Conduct phone and online program presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and relationship management through email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and propose customized executive education solutions.
- Promote public programs and portfolios through social media channels.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client experience.
- Support market research activities to identify opportunities, trends, and competitors.
- This role may require travel to GCC countries for client meetings and program coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, Communication, Languages, or related field.
- Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient in outbound sales activities.
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
