What We Look For

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Adviser to join our Executive Education team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a commercial mindset, capable of promoting a diverse portfolio of executive programs while delivering tailored learning solutions and exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify new prospective clients and organizations.
• Build, maintain, and continuously expand a strong prospects and clients database.
• Conduct phone and online program presentations to prospective clients.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and relationship management through email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and propose customized executive education solutions.
• Promote public programs and portfolios through social media channels.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client experience.
• Support market research activities to identify opportunities, trends, and competitors.
• This role may require travel to GCC countries for client meetings and program coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, Communication, Languages, or related field.
• Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient in outbound sales activities.
• Ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
