About the role

We are opening a new sales position for a growing PropTech CRM platform built for real estate developers and agencies, focusing in GCC market.

The role is focused on contacting targeted real estate developers, presenting the platform, booking demos, managing follow-ups, and closing new clients.

Main responsibilities

  • Identify and contact real estate developers, agencies, and decision-makers.
  • Present the platform clearly through calls, meetings, and online demos.
  • Understand client needs and explain how the platform can support their sales, inventory, leads, payments, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Manage the sales process from first contact to signed agreement.
  • Follow up with prospects and keep all activities updated in the CRM.
  • Support proposal preparation, pricing discussions, and contract follow-up.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

What you should bring

  • Experience in sales, business development, real estate, or SaaS.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with business owners, directors, and managers.
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer practical solutions.
  • Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with cloud-based tools.
  • Self-motivation, discipline, and a positive attitude.
  • Business English proficiency.
