Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a French Speaking Agent. As a French Speaking Agent, your responsibilities will include communicating with clients in French, facilitating car trades, handling inquiries and providing support to clients in the car exporting process. You will also assist with documentation, coordinate transportation logistics, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in the car exporting industry or automotive sector
• Attention to detail and ability to handle documentation
• Organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Knowledge of other European languages is a plus
• Experience in sales or international trade is beneficial
