As we continue expanding our operations and growing our team in Skopje, Macedonia, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven HR / Truck Driver Recruiter to help attract and onboard qualified drivers for our U.S. operations.

Position Overview

As an HR / Truck Driver Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding qualified CDL drivers for the U.S. market. You will work closely with operations and management teams to meet hiring goals, maintain compliance standards, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, safety, and management to identify staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate truck driver candidates for U.S. operations.
• Assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, safety records
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified driver candidates.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective drivers.
• Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information.
• Stay informed about transportation industry regulations and compliance requirements related to driver hiring.
• Support HR initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in truck driver recruitment is preferred.
• Fluent spoken and written English is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to effectively multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
