Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction projects; preferably in North Macedonia Public Projects
• Knowledge of MS Office Applications and AutoCAD
• Having analytical thinking skills, successful in problem solving
• Good command of reading, writing and understanding English

Responsibilities

• Review thoroughly the entire document set for Public Projects and highlight the missing documents, risks, and conflicts.
• Reviewing and Evaluating Sub-Contractor offers and reporting to management
• Preparing Sub-Contractor Agreements and managing correspondences between the Contractor and Sub-Contractor
• Reviewing and finalizing Sub-Contractor IPCs’
• Involving the budget and planning studies of the project
