Job Title: Finance Specialist

About the Role:

As Finance Specialist, you will handle the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy in records, timely reporting, and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. You will support the Finance Manager with data, analysis, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
• Update journals, ledgers, and other financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records.
• Ensure accurate and timely tax filings.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Assist in budget preparation and variance reporting.
• Generate financial reports and provide insights to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
