This role is for you if:

• You think in revenue engines, not just sales targets
• You’ve built or transformed revenue function
• You’re comfortable owning and growing a €30M+ revenue line
• You don’t wait for structure — you build it
• You bring clarity, discipline, and execution into complex environments

What you bring

• 10+ years in revenue leadership (min. 5 leading teams)
• Experience in global IT hardware lifecycle / IT industry
• Strong expertise in forecasting, pipeline management & revenue operations
• Ability to scale teams, systems, and performance
