About the role
We are building the brand and content presence for several brands in the financial sector from scratch. We are looking for a creative person who creates visuals and short videos themselves and can turn an idea or a brief into content that stops people mid-scroll. You will work closely with our performance marketing team and have real influence on how our brands look and feel.
What you will do
- Create social media content yourself: posts, carousels, reels and short-form videos (Meta, TikTok)
- Design ads and campaign visuals that are simple, bold and understood in the first second
- Build and maintain a consistent visual identity and brand language across our brands
- Design website and landing page visuals (in Figma, handed over to our developer)
- Create and edit short videos and simple motion graphics
- Adapt content across platforms, formats and languages
- Produce occasional print and offline materials (e.g. flyers, posters, giveaways)
- Keep up with design, branding and social media trends, and bring in your own ideas
What we are looking for
- Experience in graphic design, branding, digital content or a similar creative role
- A portfolio showing your own work
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail
- Experience with social media content and short-form video
- Good understanding of branding and visual identity
- Basic knowledge of motion design/animation
- Good English; German is a plus
- Creative, curious, and happy to work from a brief and take feedback
Tools
- Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, CapCut, After Effects and/or Premiere Pro.
