• To strengthen our growing team in Skopje, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Salesforce Developer.
• You will work closely with our teams in Skopje and Switzerland and contribute to challenging enterprise projects for Swiss customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high-quality enterprise Salesforce solutions
• Implement solutions based on:
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Salesforce Data Cloud
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce Flows
• Design and implement integrations using Salesforce APIs, Platform Events and modern integration patterns
• Participate in architecture, solution design and technical workshops
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions
• Build reliable, maintainable and reusable components
• Create and maintain automated tests
• Support and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Perform code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices
• Analyse and resolve complex technical issues
• Work independently and take end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks
• Collaborate closely with consultants, architects, developers and customer teams in Switzerland
• Contribute actively to knowledge sharing and the continuous development of our Salesforce practice

Your Profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional Salesforce development experience
• Strong practical experience with:
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Salesforce Data Cloud
• Very good knowledge of:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components
• SOQL and SOSL
• Salesforce Flows
• Salesforce APIs
• Security and permission concepts
• Salesforce data models
• Experience with CI/CD, Git and modern DevOps practices
• Experience with automated testing and deployment processes
• Understanding of software architecture and integration patterns
• Ability to develop independently and take ownership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High quality awareness and attention to detail
• Reliable, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Very good English skills

• Salesforce certifications
• Experience with MuleSoft
• Experience with Experience Cloud
• Experience with Marketing Cloud
• Experience with Agentforce or other Salesforce AI capabilities
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0 and Platform Events
• Experience with Salesforce DX
• Experience working directly with international or Swiss customers
• German or French language skills
