One of the main goals of the company throughout the decades of presence on the Macedonian market is to promote the quality Macedonian Oriental tobacco as a basic and unique ingredient of the world's most famous brands of cigarettes and other tobacco products. Our company is currently looking for an experienced and results-driven Junior Sales Manager to join our team. As a Junior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our oriental tobacco, driving sales, maximizing volumes and profits, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you have a proven track record in Oriental leaf tobacco industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, we would love to hear from you.
Job Title: Junior Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to promote our oriental tobacco products, targeting both existing and potential customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and reach new customers.
- Analyze market opportunities and develops pricing proposals.
- Participate in negotiations and prepare strategies to ensure an adequate level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, volumes, and revenue objectives within the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing. A degree in Agronomy with experience in tobacco sales will be considered adequate qualification.
- Excellent knowledge of English language.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the tobacco industry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of oriental tobacco products, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
- Good level of knowledge of the local leaf sourcing areas.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Good knowledge of supply chain process throughout the product lifecycle, from purchase to final packed product.
