Agile Pro Solutions (APS), headquartered in the USA, is currently growing its team in Skopje.
For the needs of our client (construction industry), we're looking for a highly organized Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of construction projects through strong coordination, administration, invoicing and material procurement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping projects on track, managing multiple priorities, and working closely with project teams, suppliers, and clients.
Working hours: Monday - Friday: 16:00 - 00:00 (on-site only in Skopje)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and project tracking activities
- Manage material and equipment procurement, including sourcing quotes, obtaining pricing, and tracking deliveries
- Issue purchase orders and maintain supplier relationships
- Support project cost tracking, budgets, and change order administration
- Organize project meetings and maintain accurate records, reports, and action items
- Track submittals, RFIs, project documentation, and closeout deliverables
- Act as a key liaison between project teams, vendors, and field operations
- Respond to calls and emails
Requirements
- Experience in project coordination, project administration, construction, procurement, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Construction industry knowledge
