Truth Truck Group is growing and expanding its team! We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven individual to join us as a Marketing Specialist, supporting the development and visibility of our brand in the transportation and logistics industry.

Position Overview

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing marketing strategies across all Truth Truck Group brands. Your work will directly impact brand awareness, growth, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other advertising campaigns.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional activities.
• Create visual materials (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
• Track analytics and optimize campaign performance.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and external collaborators.
• Build monthly marketing calendars and content plans.
• Assist with creating landing pages, newsletters, and ad copy.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Advantage: experience in the transportation/logistics industry.
