Administrative Assistant - HR Recruitment Officer

Novatek Solutions, a rapidly growing IT company dedicated to delivering high-quality IT products, services, and software solutions, is seeking to recruit candidates for the following positions:

 

Tender Unit Assistant:

 

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, compilation, formatting, and submission of tender documentation.
  • Maintain and update records of tenders, bids, contracts, deadlines, and supporting documentation.
  • Draft and finalize all relevant tender-related documentation.
  • Perform other similar duties as assigned.

 

Candidate`s Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of public procurement legislation.
  • Solid understanding of Information Technology, including hardware and software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and perform under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

 

Qualifications and experience:

 

  • University degree.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English language – considered an advantage.
