• Your role 
• You will be part of the very exciting stage for Arka Hire in your country and part of our first sales team in North Macedonia. Together with your team mates and the management of Arka Hire you will represent us before local business owners who are struggling to find the right people and help them see a better way forward.
• You do not need years of experience. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to succeed. We will teach you the rest, step by step, side by side.

• Speak with potential clients in Macedonian through inbound and outbound calls
• Understand their challenges and offer real recruitment solutions
• Build trust-based, long-term relationships
• Achieve monthly goals and grow together with your team
• Keep your work organised and transparent
• Learn continuously about the market and your profession

Who we are looking for to join our first team in North Macedonia

• You communicate confidently and naturally with people
• You have a positive mindset and do not give up easily
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, not a requirement
• Excellent Macedonian and fluent English (other languages are a bonus)
• You are comfortable using a computer and basic office tools
• You can work independently and manage your time
• You are ambitious, loyal, and motivated to build something long-term
