Vita Media Group is a Danish company operating in the field of the iGaming industry and deals with affiliate marketing, management, and software development for retaining users from the iGaming industry, as well as lead generation for financial institutions from the Nordic countries.

Vita Media Group was awarded Casino Affiliate of the Year twice at the most prestigious iGaming awards, the EGR Operator Awards, in 2022 and 2023. Since 2021, the company is consecutively ranked as a Top 25 Affiliate among the best affiliate marketing companies working within iGaming.

With a brand portfolio and performance that is rapidly growing, we are looking for someone with a sales and commercial mindset to join our Skopje office.

Responsibilities

  • Direct communication with partners 
  • Negotiate commission structures 
  • Maximize partner retention rate
  • Manage and communicate partner needs
  • English proficiency is a must as most of our communication is in English
  • Ability to work in all Google Suite products (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Communicate with the team and management on project development, timelines, and results
  • Be proficient in the use of Affiliate tools
  • Analyze affiliate data performance metrics to drive growth
  • Executing the quarterly plan and contributing to the individual and team KPI's

Qualifications

  • Excellent negotiating skills and result-driven mindset 
  • Detail-oriented & well organized
  • Demonstrated proficiency with numbers and data
  • BA/BS Degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred
  • Willing to attend exhibitions and travel when required
  • You love sales and you are a communicative person and a team player
  • You know how to communicate effectively and efficiently
  • You have a structured and detail-oriented personality
  • You are always learning and want to improve
  • You can get introduced to new systems easily (training will be provided)
  • You love chatting with customers
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Experience with sales
