On behalf of our client, DEKRA is looking for:

VIP Compliance Agent

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee and review VIP player activities to ensure compliance with RG, AML, and KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations;
• Support the VIP team by providing guidance on responsible player management practices;
• Manage and escalate any red flags relating to player behavior, deposit patterns, or suspicious activity;
• Liaise between VIP, Compliance, Payments, and Risk teams to ensure seamless handling of sensitive player cases;
• Conduct regular reviews of high-value players to ensure account documentation, affordability checks, and due diligence are up-to-date;
• Assist in preparing reports for internal audits and external regulatory requirements;
• Deliver training sessions and regular updates to VIP Account Managers on compliance obligations and best practices;
• Act as the main point of contact for VIP-related compliance queries and escalations.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Strong knowledge of RG, AML, and GDPR regulations, particularly in the iGaming sector with experience on Maltese or Estonian facing licenses;
• Previous experience in VIP Management, Risk, or Compliance roles is highly desirable;
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with both Compliance and VIP teams;
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information;
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The position is fully remote.  Working hours: Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00
