What does your day as a Platform Setup & Configuration Associate look like?
As we grow our Academic Software platform, we’re looking for a platform setup & configuration associate to join the team. This is a hands-on setup role (not a software development position) — no coding required, and you’ll be fully trained for everything you need. Here’s what you’ll be working on:
- Configuring software packs within the Academic Software platform.
- Testing the prepared packs.
- Review the existing instructions to make sure they’re clear and complete. You will make proposals to simplify/improve the instructions where necessary.
- Adding new packs and creating a foundation layer for the accompanying instructions so that the content team can improve/translate them.
- Writing clear user guides (how to install software and request licenses) on the ACSW Platform.
- Setting up new software tiles.
- Annually, you provide an update of the software installers (security patches or new version updates).
- You provide internal expert support on our platform.

- You stay organized under pressure and keep your cool when deadlines are tight.
- You communicate fluently in English. French or German on top of that? Even better!

The work tasks will be performed remotely (from home) or in the office in Resen.
Working hours: 09.00 – 17.00 (Monday till Friday).
