Mid–Senior D365FO Developer
We’re looking for a Mid–Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
In this role, you’ll design, develop and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO), while also working with C#/.NET, Azure services, APIs and enterprise integrations.

Role Summary
As a Mid–Senior D365FO Developer, you will play a key role in delivering reliable, scalable and high-quality technical solutions for our clients.
You’ll work across D365FO development, customizations, integrations and Azure-based solutions, collaborating closely with functional consultants, solution architects, developers and clients.
Depending on your level of experience, you’ll also have the opportunity to take ownership of technical solutions, contribute to architecture decisions and support less experienced team members.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Develop D365FO customizations and extensions using X++
- Work with D365FO frameworks, data entities, APIs and integration capabilities
- Develop and maintain integrations between D365FO and external systems
- Build integration solutions using C#/.NET and Azure services
- Work with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid and API Management
- Design and implement REST APIs and integration components
- Collaborate with solution architects, functional consultants and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing D365FO solutions and integrations
- Participate in technical design and architecture discussions
- Perform and participate in code reviews
- Follow development best practices related to security, scalability, performance and maintainability
- Work with Git, Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation
- Support knowledge sharing across the development team
- For more senior profiles, mentor junior and mid-level developers and contribute to technical decision-making
Hard Skills
Required
- Proven professional software development experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Dynamics AX
- Experience with X++ development
- Strong understanding of D365FO development concepts, extensions and integrations
- Strong C# / .NET development skills
- Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations
- Good understanding of databases and data structures
- Strong experience working with Git
- Understanding of software development best practices and clean, maintainable code
