As ONE Macedonia establishes and grows its local presence, we are looking for an experienced Procurement Expert eager to be part of a transformative journey from the ground up.


This is a greenfield operation, with the ambition to build full operational capacity — offering a rare opportunity to shape a company's foundation and leave a lasting impact.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Strategic Sourcing & Commercial Alignment

• Ensure all sourcing strategies and category plans directly support the Company's commercial targets, financial budgets, and technical network roadmaps
• Lead purchase requests for telecom hardware, software, and professional services
• Analyze spending data to identify cost-saving opportunities and total cost of ownership (TCO) reductions

Vendor Management & Contract Negotiation

• Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and pricing with local and global vendors
• Draft, review, and finalize complex vendor agreements in collaboration with legal and technical teams
• Evaluate supplier financial health, geopolitical risks, and supply chain bottlenecks to ensure business continuity

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Group Procurement and the Network Engineering, IT, and Finance teams to align procurement activities with technical roadmaps and budgets
• Oversee outsourced logistics partners and ensure service levels are consistently met
• Support inventory management and logistics operations within the sales network
  

REQUIREMENTS


• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 5–10 years of professional experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
• English proficiency at an Advanced / Business negotiation level
• Strong understanding of telecom categories such as fiber optics, RAN, IP networking, and OSS/BSS software
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Excel) and e-sourcing tools
• Documented track record of managing and delivering savings on CAPEX projects
• Experience working in the telecommunications sector is a strong advantage
