What You’ll Do

• Develop and Maintain Reports
  Create, update, and improve performance reports segmented by market, product, and marketing channel (SMS, email, Facebook Ads, and more) using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Weekly Performance Analysis
  Prepare and distribute weekly reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Affiliate Performance Tracking
  Monitor and analyze affiliate activity using Voonix and other tools, ensuring accurate and transparent reporting for partner relationships.
• QuickSight Dashboard Management
  Design, optimize, and maintain Amazon QuickSight dashboards to deliver real-time, actionable insights.
• Data Validation and Reconciliation
  Regularly check partner and affiliate back-ends to validate data and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data integrity.
• Marketing Channel Effectiveness
  Analyze the impact and ROI of various marketing channels, identifying high-performing campaigns and growth opportunities.
• Ad Hoc Analysis and Reporting
  Provide custom reports and deep-dive analyses in response to business requests, supporting Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Collaboration
  Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance data processes, drive automation, and maintain high data quality standards.
• Process Improvement
  Proactively identify opportunities to integrate AI into processes for improved accuracy, speed, and insight.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence role
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Positive, optimistic attitude and a collaborative, team-player mindset
• Be self-managing and have excellent English oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-departmentally

Nice to Have

• Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms or performance marketing analytics
• Knowledge of data automation, ETL processes, or integrating multiple data sources
• Exposure to the iGaming, digital marketing, or e-commerce industries
• Understanding of marketing analytics (e.g., campaign tracking, attribution models)
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard design
• Comfort with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
