CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Your Role

• Provide prompt, professional assistance to customers via chat, email, and phone.
• Communicate clearly and warmly to ensure every customer has a positive experience.
• Manage a high volume of inquiries with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and continuously improve support processes.
• Follow up with customers to make sure their questions are fully answered and concerns resolved.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus).
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• A friendly, empathetic, and confident communicator.
• Flexible with working hours and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• A proactive team player who enjoys problem-solving and collaboration.
• Eager to learn and adapt to new tools and procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with basic customer support platforms.
