VIBRANT BPO is a leading provider of tailored outsourcing solutions in human resources, finance and billing, administrative services, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and systems
- Enter financial information, such as transactions, invoices, and payroll records, into databases and accounting software
- Check for and correct any data discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
- Assist with tasks like reconciling bank statements.
- Generate routine reports from financial data as needed.
- Work with the accounting team and other departments to resolve issues and ensure data consistency.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in financial data entry or billing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, Teams, and Data sharing apps.
- Experiance with financial softwer Xero, QuickBooks, will be considered as an advantage
- High school diploma required; additional certifications are a plus
